Microsoft Gadgets

I just found this page about Microsoft Gadgets. It was just put up earlier today, apparently.

The question is, if MS is getting into it, how does that impact what we may do here?

In the PowerUser.TV broadcast, Brad mentions that he anticipates that DesktopGadgets.com will also allow Microsoft Gadgets on it, since really they are all just independent programs. Hypothetically, this could be very good for both Microsoft and Stardock, if they work together to enable DesktopX Gadgets to dock to the Vista sidebar. Thats just an idea, of course, and most likely wont be implemented, but I'm sure that DesktopGadgets.com is a place where both forms of gadgets would be welcome.
